OMG! Great Pizza! Walking in felt like entering a scene from a 90s American movie，a classic Pizza restaurant! The décor had that warm, old-times vibe. The pizza was super fresh and delicious, and the salad was really crisp and refreshing. Wonderful staffs! Lovely restaurant, definitely will comeback for more Pizza!

In my opinion this is the best pizza in NY (which makes it best in the world). Brick oven make the crust perfect, large pepperoni slices. Make sure to get a Greek salad with your pizza.

The Story Behind the Oven
Salvatore's Coal Oven Pizzeria traces its roots to Patsy's in Harlem, founded in 1933— one of the coal-fired ovens that put New York pizza on the map. That tradition landed in Port Washington in 1996 when Patsy’s great nephews built the first ever coal fired brick oven on Long Island. 30 years later, it’s still burning.
